We offer a no-questions-asked return policy to ensure a smooth and worry-free shopping experience.

2. Return Request Window
To be eligible for a return:

You must raise a return request within 24 hours of receiving the product.

Requests raised after this window will not be accepted.

3. Exchange Option
Customers may:

Choose to exchange the returned item for another product of equal or higher value.

If the new product is of higher value, the price difference will need to be paid before dispatch.

4. Conditions for Return Eligibility
Please ensure the following conditions are met for your return to be accepted:

The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging (including tags, box, and protective material).

Returns will not be accepted if:

The product is damaged after delivery.

The product is returned without its original packaging or accessories.

We reserve the right to deny returns if these conditions are not met.

5. Refund Process
If you do not wish to exchange the product:

A refund will be initiated once the returned product passes our quality check.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of product inspection and approval.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be made via bank transfer (bank details will be collected after return approval).

6. Non-Returnable Items
Please note that certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

Customized or made-to-order products

Items marked as Final Sale or Non-Returnable at the time of purchase

7. Shipping for Returns
Return pickups will be arranged by us whenever possible.

If pickup is unavailable in your area, you may be asked to self-ship the product to our warehouse. In such cases, shipping charges will be reimbursed (up to a limit, with valid receipt).
