How to buy artificial plants wholesale and save up to 50%
Retailers, decorators and resellers do not buy one plant. They buy forty. The price you pay per piece depends entirely on how you structure the order. This is how wholesale buying works with us, and what to check with any artificial plants supplier before you pay.
The bulk slabs, and how to cross them
The discount is on the value of the whole order, not on any single item. Cross ₹5,000 and the whole order goes to 35% off. Cross ₹15,000 for 40% off, ₹30,000 for 45% off, and ₹50,000 for 50% off.
You can mix anything to reach a slab. Artificial palm trees, flower balls, grass mats and vases all count towards the same total. If your order is close to the next slab, adding one more piece is usually cheaper than staying below it.
What to ask any supplier before you pay
Ask whether the leaves are UV protected. Non UV stock is cheaper and fades in one season under a shopfront light or a balcony.
Ask for the real size in centimetres, not just 'large'. Sizes in this trade are quoted loosely and a 4 ft tree from two suppliers can differ by 20 cm.
Ask whether you get a GST invoice. If you are a shop or a reseller, you need it for input credit, and a supplier who will not give one is telling you something.
Ask what happens if a piece arrives damaged in transit. We pack for transport and replace breakage.
Plan the order around what you actually sell
Resellers do best with a spread: a few tall trees for display, and depth in the mid sizes that actually move. The 2 ft and 3 ft plants sell the most often. The 6 ft trees bring people into the shop.
Wedding and mandap decorators buy the opposite way. They want volume in flowers, garlands and grass mats, and they want the same item repeated so a set matches.
Lead time and delivery
We make and stock in Mumbai, at Lohar Chawl in Kalbadevi. Standard stock ships quickly. Large matched orders take longer, so tell us the date you need it, not the date you want to order.
We deliver all over India, tracked. For a big order, send the list on WhatsApp and we will confirm what is in stock before you commit.
Getting a quote
We do not put prices on the site. Trade pricing depends on the size of the order and what is in it, so a fixed list price would be wrong for most buyers.
Send us the list on WhatsApp, or use the quote form. We reply with pricing and lead time.
